Processing

Orders are packed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Address Changes

Spotted a mistake in your address? Email support@elare.site within a few hours of ordering and we will correct it before the parcel ships.

Lost Or Delayed Parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, write to us. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, send a replacement or refund you.
