30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Write to support@elare.site with your order number and we will send you return instructions.

The guarantee holds even if the pouch is open — we would rather you tried it.

How Refunds Are Paid

Once the return reaches us we inspect it and email you the outcome the same week. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your bank usually needs a further 5–10 business days to show the money in your account. That window is the bank's, not ours.

What We Cannot Refund

Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery, and returns sent without contacting us first (we cannot match them to an order).
